Can I have an antique ring resized?
Most of our rings can be resized by our master goldsmith. However, some intricate Victorian or Art Deco bands with continuous patterns may have limitations. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm if a specific piece can be adjusted to your size.
How do you handle shipping for high-value items?
We provide complimentary, fully insured express shipping on all orders. Your ring will be securely packaged and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure it reaches you safely.
Do you provide appraisals or certificates of authenticity?
Every purchase includes a detailed Certificate of Authenticity and an independent valuation report. For rings featuring diamonds over 0.50 carats, we also include a GIA or equivalent laboratory grading report.
What is your return policy for vintage jewelry?
We offer a 14-day return period for a full refund, provided the ring is returned in its original condition with all security tags intact. Please note that custom-resized rings may be subject to a small restocking fee.
